Q: What do I require to be eligible for your loans?

•         You must be in a paid employment
•         Your age should be between 21 and 58 years
•         You must have a salary account
•         You must have a pension account or tax ID
•         You must have a valid Proof of Identification
•     You must have a recent utility Bill (PHCN, Water bill, LAWMA bill OR Rent Agreement)

Q: Can I access a loan facility from Abuja?

A: Yes, you can access our loan facilities from Abuja

Q: Is the interest rate negotiable?

A: Credit interest rates are not negotiable; it is dependent on what category the client falls under while our Treasury interest rates are competitive and negotiable.

Q: Can someone come over to my office to discuss with me?

A: Yes, a member of our team can come to your office

Q: Do you have an office on the island?

A: No, we presently do not have an office on the island

Q: Can I access the loan facility as a civil servant?

A: Yes, federal civil servants can access the loan facility

Q: Do you grant student loans?

A: No, we presently do not offer loans to students.

Q: Why is there a restriction to the amount I can access based on my salary?

A: Restrictions are placed on amounts that can be accessed based on the customer’s debt to income ratio (DTI). This is to ensure that the customer is able to pay back his/her loan with ease

Q: What can I do to get more funds in case of emergencies?

A: Getting more funds is easy; all you need to do is request for a Top Up considering you have repaid up to 6 months in an 8 months tenor or 4 months in a 6 months tenor.
